Intel is such a reputable company (the clue is in the name). They wouldn’t have put a backdoor into their chips and then secretly shared that information with US government agencies would they?

Snowden’s claim that the agencies can p0wn anyone pretty much at will is surely overblown. Right?

In my opinion, beyond mere regulation, all of these giant corps should be broken up and pounded into smithereens. Anyone in tech today should be actively working on open protocols and machine learning tools that allow us to operate outside of the state/corporate dictatorship that is the modern internet.
