If ever there needed to be proof that those in Politics are not there to represent the wishes of the people, this gutless twat managed that yesterday.

When he was leader he was all for a plebiscite ..

“This government wants the people to decide,”

and

“We want the people’s choice, and what could be fairer than leaving this to the people of Australia?”

..

Well, the Plebs he wanted in the plebiscite have spoken, and nobody more loudly than the 75% of the plebs in his own electorate who voted yes to same sex marriage.

So, his electorate said “YES” and still he argues no, and at the time of the vote in Parliament, the gutless little snot got up and walked out, he didn’t even have the courage of his convictions.

The fact that a murdoch rag is happy to call this twat out says even more about him.. I hope those 75% of people who he went against remember this day on the next election and cast him aside like he so richly deserves.
