I’ve been using it daily for six weeks in a raw test version, and I can confirm Mozilla isn’t blowing smoke — it really is faster than earlier Firefox versions, and it’s competitive with Chrome in a lot of situations when loading websites. If you care about a web not dominated by Google, give it a whirl.
